Thursday 15th May was our “Show and Talk” night, starting with an analysis of the recently completed club questionnaire. Then members talked about some of their recent and not-so-recent work. One of Sheila’s favourite images was “Am I ready to Party?” pictured below.
Maureen’s always so shy of talking about her work, but she brought along some brilliant examples….just a couple shown here.
Everyone had a great night, very relaxed and appreciative. We even went on half an hour longer than usual.
What a great picture Sheila! Those lovely eyes and wistful expression coupled with the touch of red make this a real winner.

I agree. Much better than previous “appraisals”. It certainly works better with projected images than with scattered prints as it concentrates everyone’s attention on one image.

Sheila was the outright winner, although John did pull her entry to bits (along with everybody else’s entry)
David Butterworth’s entry deserves a mention as I believe this was his first attempt WELL DONE David
Just a thought… MAYBE someone could write a report on each meeting… their names could be pulled out of a hat or they could volunteer ( what do you think)
